What's involved in a new logo design?
You will have lots of opportunity to express your input in a new logo design, including several review/revision steps along the way!
To start, decide whether you need a web-only logo, print logo, or both. Packages and pricing vary depending on your needs.
Second, once you've placed your order, we'll send you a New Project Survey where you can let us know exactly what you want, including your store name, a company tagline (if applicable), colors, fonts, or design concepts that you have in mind. If you're not sure what you'd like, that's okay, too - we'll be creative and come up with some ideas we think you'll love!
Then we'll create up to 3 original logo concepts for you to review. You can have up to 2 revisions on your favorite one. If you would like to see additional logo concepts, they may be purchased separately.
When the logo is complete, we'll send you all the necessary files in optimized format for web and/or print use. The logo is now yours exclusively, to use however you'd like!

What are the terms for an original logo design?
Payment: For all orders of $400 or less, payment is due in full at the start of your new project. Payment can be made via PayPal, Google Checkout, money order, or any major credit card.
Time Frame: Standard completion time for an original logo design is 1 to 2 weeks; the completion of each project varies depending on complexity and communication.
Additional Designs: If desired, more than 3 logo mock-up concepts may be purchased at an additional fee of $100 per set of 3.
Design Rights: All logo designs are done from scratch. When paid in full, the final logo design selected is yours and is fully copyrightable. Your logo graphics will not be resold to another client.
Usage: Web logos are provided in compressed file sizes that are optimized for ideal viewing on a computer monitor and fast loading time. They may be used on your website, in email advertising, web ad banners, on eBay, on your blog, as an email signature, or anywhere else online. Print logos are provided in high-resolution image sizes that are suitable for use with your business stationery such as letterhead, business cards, invoices, packing slips, postage labels, etc. You can use the files to print from a home business printer or provide them to a professional printing company.
