Logo Design Terms

Payment: For all orders of $400 or less, payment is due in full at the start of your new project. Payment can be made via PayPal, Google Checkout, money order, or any major credit card.

Time Frame: Standard completion time for an original logo design is 1 to 2 weeks; the completion of each project varies depending on complexity and communication.

Additional Designs: If desired, more than 3 logo mock-up concepts may be purchased at an additional fee of $100 per set of 3.

Design Rights: All logo designs are done from scratch. When paid in full, the final logo design selected is yours and is fully copyrightable. Your logo graphics will not be resold to another client.

Usage: Web logos are provided in compressed file sizes that are optimized for ideal viewing on a computer monitor and fast loading time. They may be used on your website, in email advertising, web ad banners, on eBay, on your blog, as an email signature, or anywhere else online. Print logos are provided in high-resolution image sizes that are suitable for use with your business stationery such as letterhead, business cards, invoices, packing slips, postage labels, etc. You can use the files to print from a home business printer or provide them to a professional printing company.

eBay Store Design Terms

Design Procedure: We will provide you with a New Project Survey to complete, which will allow you the opportunity to communicate to us exactly what you would like to see in your new design, both aesthetically and functionally. We read your survey responses very carefully and research your selling category before beginning your new design. You will be provided with several review and revision steps throughout the design process. If you exceed the standard number of revision steps, additional fees will apply. Please email us if you would like an exact listing of the number of review/revision steps included in each design package.

eBay Requirements: We are eBay certified designers and have passed extensive testing on eBay's very specific rules & regulations for auction listings and eBay stores. We will create your design in full compliance, while also helping you to maximize on the benefits.

Special Projects Terms

Email Ads: Email ads are designed and coded in XHTML format based on your method of distribution (direct email or mass mailing service provider). You will need to provide your own customer mailing list - we do not provide contact email addresses.

Design Rights: Your custom design is yours exclusively and will not be resold to another client. We retain the artistic copyright over your final design. You may not relocate or resell your website graphics without express written permission from JennarationX Designs. Graphics created for web advertising, email postcards, splash images, etc. includes unlimited use for no additional fee.
